'Eliza One' sleeps 10 comfortably, plus 2-stretcher beds. There are 3- downstairs bedrooms (1-main bedroom with ensuite,
1-double bedroom, and 1 bedroom with two bunks). 1-mezzanine open upstairs bedroom with two single beds (with secure spiral staircase). 1-ensuite, 1- bathroom with separate toilet, and a separate toilet and shower in the laundry area. The laundry area has a washing machine, and tub.

The large well equipped kitchen includes a gas stove and hot water system , refrigerator, and tucker-box freezer.

The dining area and lounge room open up to a large deck with tables and chairs. Enjoy the CD sound system / Cable TV- lounge and main bedroom / DVD and VCR system.
Covered outdoor BBQ area, with sink, and bench for cleaning fish.

'Eliza One' provides covered car parking, 240 Volt lighting and refrigeration, solar and automatic generator inverter powered. The beach house is insect screened. Pillows and blankets provided.(Linen is not normally provided but can be arranged).
